Photo of Virlie PickelOur restaurant gets its name from Megan's great-grandmother Virlie Pickel, born in Tennesee in 1898. She raised nine children in her mountain home. Her kitchen was a local gathering spot for good food and conversation, where her friendly spirit inspires us today at Virlie's.

We feature delicious homemade soups, salads, and more. Owner/chef Chris Pratt has been in the business for over 30 years..

We have great food at affordable prices, a kids menu, free WI-FI and parking in back. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Monday thru Friday: 6am-9pm
(breakfast menu served until 11 a.m.)
Saturday.: 7 am-3pm (breakfast menu until noon)
